Iniversal products requiring large scale production are made in a factory approved for upholding the highest standard of labor conditions, and environmental protections. At the right you see a skilled pattern maker who after graduating technical school came to our factory from one of the most depressed regions of Western China. She now earns some of the highest factory wages available in her country, receives free medical and dental coverage, and is housed in a new dormitory where she shares a room with one of her best friends.
